The China Social and Cultural Development Foundation (hereinafter referred to as the Foundation) is a national public fundraising social welfare and charity organization under the business supervision of the Ministry of Culture and Tourism (formerly the Ministry of Culture), approved by the People's Bank of China in 1992, and registered with the Ministry of Civil Affairs in 1993.
